Your satisfaction is our forever pursue! We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at Support@weistrendy.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!

BELOW IS OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCEL ORDER

Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

1.You can cancel your order before the hair shipped it out. and the refund will be processed the same way as you make the payment. Payment will back to your account within 3-7 working days.

2. Once your order has been shipped, we can not cancel it anymore. Hope you can understand! If you need help, pls contact us at email: Support@weistrendy.com

Easy: Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is Support@weistrendy.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. 

Note: We highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return it, please sign for your package first, then email Support@weistrendy.com for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair.

DO I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

There are two situations: 1. If it is for your personal reasons (not liking/wanting to change the style), then you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 2. If there is a problem with the product, we will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your returns with tracking options as Wigs is not responsible for lost returns. Note: Please mark "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package or the package may be returned to you.

RETURN WIGS WITHOUT CONTACTING?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

PROBLEMS WITH COURIER RETURNS

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
